Jane originally comes from a professional dance background and has appeared in many stage and television productions around the world. She later trained as a Pilates instructor in Toronto and went on to become an Instructor Trainer helping hundreds of students to become Pilates teachers across UK and Europe. Numerous injuries and minor health issues along the way prompted an early interest in holistic wellbeing which led to experience in many different complementary therapies and modalities.
Shortly after having her first child in 2007, Jane had a Pranic Healing treatment with Les Flitcroft and was impressed with the results on long standing physical and emotional issues. She even managed to avoid hip surgery as a direct result of the Pranic Healing treatment. Having experienced the benefits for herself she began her own training in 2009 to enable her to help others.
Jane facilitates both adult and children’s meditation groups and as well as offering taster healings at events, she treats clients from her home in Letchworth Garden City.
