Les Flitcroft is a pioneer in the area of energy medicine and he is the Founder and Director of the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland.
Pranic Healing is a science, not a belief system and Les’s vision has been to verify and confirm its efficacy in allopathic medical practice. Les, alongside medical experts from Kings College Hospital London, conducted clinical trials to validate the use of Pranic Healing as a complementary therapy alongside conventional treatment plans, targeting specific medical conditions, with outstanding results.
Les is a very experienced Pranic Therapist, and he has successfully treated 40 000+ people in his private clinic over the past 25 years, as well as train 20 000+ students. Motivational speaker Tony Robbins was one of Les’s patients and he now incorporates these techniques in his global UPW events. Les continues to not only successfully treat patients but empowers them as a Senior Instructor to continue with their learning through the school. His passion is to enable every Pranic Therapist to feel confident and successful in both their personal, professional and spiritual development. An ongoing student support and training is provided through a Mentorship Programme.
An aircraft engineer by background, Les discovered Pranic Healing when he sought alternative therapy after numerous unsuccessful surgeries to treat his paralysed arm, which he injured in an accident. He learned Pranic Healing as a direct student of Master Choa Kok Sui, the modern founder of Pranic Healing, and gained full use of his arm after 5 months of self treatment. This inspired him to set up the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland to spread this knowledge and empower people to transform all areas of their lives regarding health, relationships, finance, and spirituality.
Les’s determination, dedication, empathetic and often light hearted approach has enabled him to establish a very successful school, with highly trained Instructors and Pranic Therapists in the countries of Gibraltar, Spain, Costa Del Sol, UK & Ireland. As a well respected teacher, he currently trains people in UK and Ireland, as well as delivering talks and seminars to various community, corporate and medical organisations.
In addition to his clinical work, Les founded the MCKS Charitable Foundation UK with the mission to alleviate suffering and poverty in schools across the UK by providing essential food and sanitary items through their pantries. This humanitarian arm of the charity is also established in Ireland and Gibraltar distributing funds to various worthy local causes.

For spiritual aspirants it is the high point of the spiritual year when forces of enlightenment flow from the higher worlds into the mind of humanity.
While Buddhists celebrate Wesak as the time that marks the birth, death and enlightenment of the Buddha, ageless wisdom students regard it as a living event. At the exact moment of the Taurus full moon, the Buddha is said to return momentarily to earth. The Christ, radiating from the energy of the Christian celebration of Easter after the full moon of Aries, stands before the Buddha and, in a moment brimming with vitality and significance, receives the Buddha’s blessing on behalf of humanity, before turning and radiating this blessing out to all sentient beings around the world.
The Buddha has always been known as a great Revealer, rendering the mind as a “clear sheet of glass” in order to see the reality of Oneness. His techniques of dispassion, detachment and discrimination help to sweep away all that veils and hinders recognition of this reality. The underlying message is simple: before we can truly see we have to free ourselves from the many forms of desire that impede our vision.
A new world is now being conceived by many – it is being actively looked for, and when the eye of the soul is opened, it will be seen to be more real than the world that is revealed by the five senses. The new light is on its way. The annual Wesak blessing plays a crucial role in the coming of that light.
