Due to hypermobility related sports injury, L5 was 1.8cm out of the spine causing chronic back pain for Helka. She looked for alternatives to operation and remembered how Pranic Healing had rapidly reduced stress during MSc IT studies, allowing her to complete the degree with grades higher than expected. The positive experience encouraged Helka to take the Pranic Healing course which transformed her life.
Helka’s background is in international level sports, and she has coached gymnastics for many years. Helka applies Pranic Healing to increase strength and endurance, accelerate recovery and optimise performance. She has discovered how the simple techniques can benefit coaching.
Helka now helps others to recover from physical aches and pains, relieves their stress and anxiety and recharges with stamina and focus instead. She is especially keen on empowering children to reach their potential. Helka is available for one-to-one Pranic Therapy sessions.
