Amaani initially discovered Pranic Healing as a client and experienced its numerous benefits, which ignited a deep passion within her.  Over the years, Amaani has dedicated herself to mastering the teachings of the renowned Master Choa Kok Sui.  With this knowledge, she has used Pranic Healing techniques to assist individuals within her community, as well as friends and family, in their healing journeys.

In addition to her expertise in Pranic Healing, Amaani is also a skilled Reformer Pilates teacher.  Through her proficiency in this discipline, she has helped numerous individuals achieve physical strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.  Furthermore, Amaani gracefully balances her professional pursuits with her role as a devoted mother to two teenagers.

Amaani uses the teachings of Pranic Healing in everyday home life and has extended her healing abilities to benefit her own children.  Through the application of Pranic Healing techniques, she has provided them with support and assistance in their personal growth and well-being.

With her experience in Pranic Healing, her dedication to teaching Reformer Pilates and her nurturing nature as a mother, Amaani is committed to promoting healing, wellness and personal growth within her community and beyond as a Pranic Healing Therapist.

By combining the principles and teachings of Pranic Healing with the physical and mental benefits of Pilates in her Children’s Meditation classes, she provides a nurturing and transformative environment that promotes overall well being and personal development.  By integrating these practices, Amaani aims to create a holistic approach to wellness for children, fostering their physical strength, mental clarity and emotional balance.
