Alison has a background in Economics but she now works as a full-time Pranic Healing Therapist based in Lanarkshire in Scotland, which is her true passion.

She discovered Pranic Healing in 2019 when she was searching for something to help her improve her own mental and physical wellbeing, after years of living with health anxiety, regular migraines and digestive and urinary system issues. After a series of treatments and implementing the simple self-help tools advised by her Pranic Healing Therapist, things settled down to the point where she felt like she had her life back. Alison no longer struggles with health anxiety or digestive and urinary system issues, and migraines are now something she only experiences from time to time. She attributes this to Pranic Healing.

Having experienced the benefits of Pranic Healing in her own life, Alison decided to learn it for herself and now uses it to support her clients and those around her. She is dedicated to providing a caring, compassionate and tailored approach to supporting her client’s needs.

Alongside her one-to-one client work, Alison facilitates talks and workshops on a range of topics, guided meditations and Pranic Healing sessions within organisational and community settings to promote wellbeing. She offers a practical and engaging approach designed to give people tools they can apply in their everyday lives. She is passionate about raising awareness of the benefits of Pranic Healing and helping others to make positive changes in their lives.

Alison is a dynamic and engaging Pranic Healing Level 1 Instructor. Her approach to teaching is practical, methodical and clear. This teaching style enables her students to easily understand the concepts and techniques of Pranic Healing and equips them with the skills necessary to utilise the teachings in their lives effectively. She is an established and highly proficient healer, having helped countless people improve their health physically, emotionally and mentally.
